That Omega Force rock flair fits the Persona 5 soundtrack nicely
Includes battle tracks from Persona 5 (and Royal) if you have save data on PS4 or the Joker Amiibo on Switch
Somehow manages to pack in just about every core system from Persona 5 minus the social links into combat
New party members join the crew
Roughly sixty hours to complete, half that of the base Persona 5 game
New party members are always a good thing
Joker's cooking lets you make Leblanc Coffee and Curry on the go
Story assumes that the events of Persona 5 Royal (and Kasumi) never happened
Greatly in need of anti-aliasing, even on PS4 Pro's quality mode
No sense of urgency, as the calendar only progresses during story moments
Lengthy grind to max all passive BOND abilities
Ryuji still can't get any respect

A new combat system that takes the franchise to a new place
The writing, music and feel of this game are all sublime
Shorter, less intimidating and less punishing than the main games
the new combat system make you miss the old system from time to time
Some choices made by the devs, like rolling back your confidants? Personas, feel bad

Solid returning cast plus compelling new faces
Great mix of action, investigative, and RPG elements
Gorgeous artistic visuals in both gameplay and cutscenes
Great original and remixed soundtrack
Collecting, fusing, and utilizing personas is still great
Battles are still pretty mash-heavy, especially bosses
Some RPG elements are light versions of Persona 5

quality of writing and storytelling that mirrors the original game's surprisingly well
excellent art style and soundtrack
standalone story that can onboard newcomers as well as cater to existing fans
graphics demand some kind of trade off from players in one form or another
the lack of series staples such as the calendar system may disappoint some fans
