The physical sensation of climbing: it is tactile, tense, and very rewarding.
The artistic design leaves behind precious and very moving images.
Longer than expected and replayable thanks to the freedom to open your own paths.
The story and its message are a bit simple and do not leave a lasting impression.
A peak of difficulty can be frustrating if we have not managed resources well.

Sensations of challenge and crazy tension.
We feel a strong sense of closeness with Aava.
Very immersive, with a beautiful freedom of approach.
An engaging survival guide, including many recipes and benefits related to cooking.
Quite a few secrets and side stories, especially related to the lore.
An assistance mode that makes things easier if needed.
A technique experiencing difficulties at launch (framerate, crashes, freezes, camera...)
Gameplay with its moments of injustice, beyond the harshness of its mastery.
A physics of rope and sometimes quirky Aava

Pizza Fria

Review Cairn by Pizza Fria
Deep and physical climbing system, which requires planning, reading the environment and progressively mastering movements.
Survival elements well integrated into climbing, adding a strategic layer without appearing artificial.
Good support and accessibility options, allowing to adjust the level of challenge without altering the proposal.
Location in Portuguese of Brazil
Steep learning curve, which can discourage less patient players or those seeking a more immediate experience.
Strange animations and body movements at times
Fairly demanding and punitive experience by default, depending on the use of assistance modes to become more accessible.
