The gameplay loop feels satisfying. Completing quests and rewarding you with more areas to explore, abilities to use, and giving you a rank system to encourage replayability.
Boss fights are a highlight of the experience. Making use of all the resources at your disposal is necessary and serves as a real challenge outside of the usual enemy encounters.
The hub world and adjacent shops are beautifully adorned and lively. The game focuses on dungeon crawling, but these side elements are a great complement.

The anime graphical style benefits the overall presentation, but the graphics are not too impressive considering the hardware it runs on.
There is no option to change the difficulty mid-game to raise or lower the stakes depending on your playthrough. The subtitles cannot be turned off either, which helps with immersion.
