The combat system is of unparalleled depth and intensity in an open world. The world of Pywel is stunningly beautiful. There is also a striking sense of vertigo (this verticality). It is the most organic (and radical) exploration. Detailed interactions with the environment and NPCs. It NEVER holds the player's hand. It takes between 120 and 140 hours to finish the main quest. For 100%, expect between 400 and 500 hours of gameplay. Endless content. The
but the storytelling is too disjointed. The gameplay is still rough. Sometimes controls are too complex for no reason. Very frustrating difficulty spikes (Kearush and Ludvig need to be nerfed). A game that will discourage the general public.

Impressive visual aspect: on PC, with the right hardware, the game is a real spectacle.
A vast world with great freedom: there is always something to do or discover.
Large number of graphic options: allows to adapt the experience to different devices.
Controls and menus are not very intuitive at first: they require several hours of adaptation.
Not all missions have the same level of interest.
Not being able to play it on Xbox Series.

Pywel's world is the most vibrant I have seen in years.
A fight that, once mastered, is pure fantasy.
The content has no end. Weeks and weeks of gameplay.
Visually breathtaking in every landscape.
Secondary missions teach you the game without you even realizing it.
The puzzles are original and challenging
The chefs are creative, demanding, and extremely satisfying...
...even if the camera on the chefs turns by itself and ruins the best moments.
The learning curve is a brick wall.
The menus and inventory are chaotic at first.

The exceptional open world, which makes you want to explore aimlessly. The rare freedom and sensation of discovery. The enormous lifespan, and very rich content. The solid gameplay, greatly improved by the update. The significantly increased gaming comfort (loading times, ergonomics, fluidity). The relevant additions (mounts, progression, practical features). The captivating and successful atmosphere. The immersive soundtrack.
The story is flat and unremarkable. The narration lacks details and impact. The contemplative pace may not appeal to everyone. Some technical imperfections despite the fixes. Controls can be complex and not intuitive at times (time needed to adapt and fully understand).

Pywel is a great playground
A call to adventure that is hard to ignore
It's still sumptuous, even on a mid-range machine.
Chain the RKOs in this dynamic and ultra comprehensive combat system.
Many truly unique weapons to discover
Three distinct playable characters with their own skill tree
Some puzzles are damn clever.
English dubbing has a lot of charm
Burn everything on the back of a dragon, the pleasure of simple things
An ambition that borders on excess, but is commendable.
Some (superb) bosses
A steep learning curve with questionable ergonomics.
Tutorials and goal instructions completely need to be reviewed.
A cliché, poorly told story, filled with uninteresting characters, with Kliff at the forefront.
Little freedom in solving puzzles, despite all the tools he provides.
A particularly poorly designed inventory system, even after a first patch.
Balancing with strawberries
Scripting issues are still too common and can hinder progress.

Very content-rich. The camp management is great.
The quantity of mini-mechanics that have no weight in the game, beyond being spectacular.

Tutorials available
The temporary selfish perspective facilitates the targeted acquisition of individual objects.
Quick access to the last menu consulted possible
A huge game world full of details...
Effective combat system with a wide variety of movements.
The skill tree expands both combat and exploration skills in a motivating way.
No boring level system, the strength is determined by the equipment and skill points earned.
Unique details like blinding enemies with bright reflections on the blade.
Various secondary activities, from animal breeding to fishing, as well as several mini-games.
The last survivors of an opposing group are already fleeing in front of you.
Many dialogues are animated in an elaborate way instead of just showing still characters.
Seamless transitions in cinematics during boss battles
A phenomenal panoramic view from the sky or from the mountain tops.
Sometimes there are large groups of enemies and many NPCs in the cities and along the roads.
Each NPC is fully voiced.
Powerful sounds in battles
Extremely overloaded controller requires all kinds of key combinations.
Again and again, the locking to interact with NPCs/objects does not work directly.
The camera is unable to keep up with the action when opponents are added during the fight.
Partially poorly explained mechanisms.
Very complex menus
Respawning will take you to predefined spawn points, not your last position.
... which is initially difficult to navigate in a complicated manner
Bumps with overflowing combo hits are spikes of excessive difficulty.
Some quest trigger points are very sensitive.
Many aspects such as resource gathering or forging are laborious.
The staging is chatty with the 08/15 NPCs but stingy with words with the main characters.
Improving equipment quickly becomes a race for resources.
The world often reacts in a non-logical way despite all the systems in place to your actions and other cases of blatant inconsistency.
Again and again bugs and sometimes even crashes.
Image refresh rate unstable in quality and performance mode
The cutscenes cannot be skipped, only fast-forwarded.
Very high contrast and non-adjustable gamma value.

Beebom
Incredibly massive open world with a ton of hidden content
Crisp combat with a wide variety of skills for everyone
Amazing mounts to traverse the massive map
Some incredible boss fights
Gorgeous world and a very good performance
Non-existent storyline with disjointed quests
First few hours are incredibly miserable and boring
Puzzles have zero directions on what needs to be done
Jank and fundamental issues like bad control scheme

... you bring a lot of time and patience.
... an exciting story and deep characters are at the forefront for you.
... you quickly give up during puzzles and boss battles.
... overwhelm you with numerous mechanisms and systems.
