Good quality microphones for phone calls
Comfortable once you have a good fit
Competitive pricing for the technology
Touch controls work well for lots of options
Decent app for customization
Five sets of silicone tips included
IP45 dust and spill resistance
Lightweight, clean-looking storage/charging case
Wireless charging available for the case

Poor tuning, extremely V-shaped and low in detail
Noise cancellation causes pressure imbalance in ears and is not a great experience to listen to
Low battery life for the earbuds with and without case
Charging times are quite long, even for the case despite claims of quick-charging
