Open ended story structure
New weapons, gear sets, and brands add more variety
The return of old characters with the same voice actors is absolutely phenomenal, even if they aren't as fun as before
Changes to the endgame are not all necessary
Aaron Keener was a boring villain 4 years ago, and he is still a boring villain today
Forcing players to spend 8 hours in NY away from everyone who might not have the DLC is a bad move
