Excellent sound design
Sanity mechanic
Mission structure becomes repetitive

Random encounters increase replayability.
Co-op support upto 4 players.
Proximity chat adds tension.
Clunky combat and sluggish animations.
Inventory management is bad.
Unresponsive AI companion.
Repetitive progression.
Fun with friends
Clunky combat

The setting is of a good standard; it captures the universe of Lovecraft well.
It soon becomes too repetitive.
On console, technical performance leaves much to be desired.
Navigating through both the menus and the inventory is tedious.

Great sound atmosphere
A perfectly useless prologue
A solo mode that doesn't have the same flavor at all as playing with others.
The game does not lend itself to solo mode (at least the experience loses its flavor)
Ultra-redundant in single player (sometimes boring in multiplayer)

Playing with the rapier
Atmosphere
Average technically
Slow!
