The finest production values ever lavished on a tactics game
+
From Jedis to battle droids, nails the Star Wars feeling
+
The persistent threat of permadeath keeps things tense
For determined XCOM veterans, permadeath might prove an empty threat
-
Doesn't do much to advance the genre
-
A bevy of bugs awaiting a day-0 patch

Good base and character development, with a reasonable range of customisation in cosmetics as well as weapon mods and abilities.
Generally looks and sounds great.
Well-developed core stages which offer multiple stages, interesting combat and (guest!) characters...
A few bugs here & there, such as textures not loading fully.
Movement could get niggly, and the UI could get in the way at times.

Rock-solid tactical structure
The units feel distinct and important
There's great synergy in the gameplay
Some generic missions
The voice acting is a bit hit and miss

Deep squad customization
Memorable characters and storylines
Strong replay value
Locations could be more explorable

Lots of systems to tinker with
Modular difficulty settings
Weak villains
Party size feels too small and at odds with the style
