Very well-accomplished audio
Unique Buddy unit mechanics

Plenty of "what do I do now?" moments
Visuals are rather bland
Controls could be more intuitive

Co-op is an option, and might even be better than doing this yourself
Gets the basic Metroid structure right
I will say the soundtrack and sound design are quite good

Basic wayfinding is tedious and overly difficult
Every aspect of the game is either too simplistic or needlessly complicated
I didn't care for the art design; your mileage may vary
Refuses to explain things that would probably make your life much easier
