Good design. Great graphics. Loads of detail. Solid mechanics. Lots of replayability.
The user interface is a bit tricky to read. Game needs more content towards the end of the story.

Fully customizable difficulty factors at the beginning of the game.
The locking function allows for easy placement of natural-looking roads as well as non-rectangular foundations.
Zoom without steps and uninterrupted time acceleration
Exciting and complex mix of construction simulation and RTS with some tactical options.
Understandable simulation of all goods and objects that must be actually transported around the world.
Additional credibility thanks to the forests actually deforested, finite resources, and indirect taxation.
Motivating extension of the city with enhancement of buildings and creation of courtyard extensions as an important element.
Unconventional agriculture and manageable but initially challenging production chains.
Extremely beautiful models
Pleasure of watching thanks to the Wusel factor
Love of detail like snow accumulating in winter or puddles of water under the rain.
Already works very stable in early access.
Soundtrack brings back in time.
Atmospheric sounds
Some functions are hidden in the sub-menus.
Only rudimentary tutorials and help texts make learning the mechanisms more difficult.
Difficult reassignment of workers due to a lack of overall vision.
Many contents are not yet implemented, so we often see "Not yet available in early access" and few types of buildings are added.
General lack of synthesis functions and balance sheets screens complicating solid planning.
Still few events outside of the weather and thieves that disrupt the course of the game.
KI does not deploy troops tactically.
Many small bugs that negatively impact production in some cases.
Some icons or graphics are missing (for example, no wheat is displayed in the fields)
No daily activities
Also in the texts, errors in the form of replacement lines

Strong attention to detail and visual fidelity with excellent performance, even on lower-end system
Slower pace allows for methodical decision-making
The concept of your villagers turning into the defending army is cool
Easy to manage and visually impressive combat
Several ways to railroad yourself and face defeat
Villagers as soldiers can be a double-edged sword when they die, affecting production
Developments and policies require further expansion
World map can feel a bit lackluster in terms of happenings

... you want to see how elegant construction games can be.
... you bring a fascination for the Middle Ages and historical credibility.
... you are already having fun just by quietly building for hours.
... you consider Manor Lords as an alternative to Total War.
... you have little patience for very unfinished Early-Access games.
... you can only build in a motivated way if the economy is functioning perfectly in the background.

An attractive aspect, animations, and a thrill factor.
Mainly well-integrated system of various construction strategy mechanisms.
The most understandable economic and production processes
Satisfying agricultural experience with a lively and organically growing town.
A well configurable style of play - from easy to difficult, from peaceful to warrior-like.
Possibilities of vicious circles and deadlocks
Some inelegant solutions in the interface, barely any accessibility settings.
No campaign or scenarios
The soundtrack and samples repeat quickly.
