Very good narrative component
Some characters are masterfully characterized.
The ending leaves something to be desired.

We find ourselves smiling behind our screen with easter eggs for the fans.
New endearing characters (with just the right amount of nods to the old ones)
A pleasant soundtrack
A very nice and well-exploited gameplay.
We walk significantly less than in other games in the franchise.
A final twist that has a bit of the flavor of the current trend, wanting to create extended universes in every possible way (personally, I am a bit saturated and prefer adventures that stand on their own).
A little less touching than the first installment.

music and style of the series respectful of the original.

New Powers
Stunning Presentation
Small Graphical Glitches
Minor Gameplay

Brilliant performances from the entire cast
Some of the best facial animation I?ve seen in a game to date
Great music choices complement the game?s direction
Writing can be hit or miss
Puzzle elements feel dull and unnecessary
No "Pros & Cons" find for this reviewer.

A very charismatic cast distribution
The new visual look suits him very well.
The facial expressions of the characters
He does not fall into fanservice.
The plot has some very good moments...
The new powers, although attractive, are not too exploited.
This seemed quite short to us.

Some themes well addressed
Some interesting narrative choices
Some choices are less convincing than others

Incredible accessibility options
Hits university aesthetic perfectly
Some intensely unlikeable characters
Little touches of uncanny

Interesting story and characters
Graphical upgrade from previous games
Currently has too many glitches
Unsatisfactory ending

Graphically, a step forward
Solid casting
Graphic imperfections
Keep it within easy reach

A poignant and touching story
A visually colorful and very pretty universe
Choices that have a real impact on the rest of the adventure
A high-quality French dubbing
Gameplay that does not vary much
A weak engine in which the details are a stain
Still a lot of loading time that stands out in 2024.

Spins an intriguing mystery
+
Diverse cast of characters
+
Visually expressive facial animations

Great to see Max Caulfield return
Some endearing characters
Fantastic opening episodes
Plagued with audio issues
Story loses momentum
Lacks the same Life Is Strange charm

Quality writing, acting, and supporting characters
The plot is not afraid to stray from LiS 1.
Facial animations much finer than in True Colors
A classic staging
The impression that the game is used to prepare for the next ones
Some minor visual bugs, nothing too serious.

Caledon campus and its many forms is an interesting setting
As always, some pretty cool queer rep
Filled with audio and visual bugs
Callbacks to the original are lacklustre
An intense misuse and redirection of the lore and canon that ruin the unique identity of the franchise thus far
