M2 Gaming

Beautiful compilation of classic IREM shmups (Image Fight, Image Fight 2: Operation DeepStriker, X-Multiply).
5 versions of Image Fight (Arcade, NES, FC, PCE) and 2 of X-Multiply.
The superb emulation will please purists.
Many accessibility options (saves, rewind, invincibility, image size, CRT filters, etc.)
Good price for this type of compilation.

Image Fight is slightly less interesting than Image Fight 2 and X-Multiply. Image Fight 2 is only available in Japanese, as the original version was exclusive to the PC Engine Super CD. The extreme difficulty will push you to use the rewind and/or invincibility features. Only 3 titles, despite the different versions.

Decent emulation and set of options

The difficulty level can be maddening and feel unfair at times
Could use some museum-style content
