The music is some of the best that I've heard on the DS.
Animated cut scenes are gorgeous and weird to see on the DS.
The story is long and epic.
The games protagonists are interesting, unique and you genuinely care for them.

The touch controls with the stylus don't read as well as using the actual buttons.

The game can be quite easy and short. It can sometimes be slightly cryptic. The combat is a bit simple.
