Pros and cons for Fantasy Life i List of reviews and ratings
To better compare, we looked for you the advantages and disadvantages of Below and the notes given by specialized sites.

Satisfying grind that's not overbearing and no difficulty sliders or modifiers of any kind
Lots of side activities that are not limited to fetch questing
14 Jobs/lives to choose from and tinker with
The crafting minigame is pretty addicting the harder it gets

Incredibly fun grind as you work through the many lives and complete quests
Smart interconnected skills and systems that all feed into one another
They jammed a Breath of the Wild-like open world and Animal Crossing-esque village in here and its good!
Occasional annoying invisible walls in the open world

Art and writing on par with Level-5's best
An entire village-building subplot
A successful mash-up of BOTW and ACNH
SO MUCH TO DO?!
Farming sux, boo

Great mix of exploration and base-building
Good variety of lives to master
Mini-games and battles get repetitive

14 different professions with detailed tutorials
Different temporal levels with their own specificities
Clean island that can be developed in a versatile way
50 unlockable acolytes, solid party system
Many practical comfort features
Useful fast travel system
Good German translation
Cross-play and cross-save
Different riding animals
Well-crafted puzzle pieces
Economic upgrade pack from Switch version to Switch 2 version
Humor is not left out either.
We are constantly unlocking new things.
Great music by Nobuo Uematsu and Haruno Ito
Multiplayer matches limited to a maximum of one hour.
Cooperative mode on the couch with various restrictions
Dialogue only partially set to music
Only one save file can be recorded in the game.
Solid story, but ultimately just a means to achieve a goal.
Skills trees are rather boring.
The camera is sometimes not flexible enough.
Moving buildings is unnecessarily complicated.
The island only allows for six residential houses.

Joyous exploration
That Level-5 charm is alive and well
Simple but fun combat
Constant sense of progression
Online co-op is great for grinding
Quirky, catchy soundtrack
Some tedious side quests
Gets a bit too grindy at times

Satisfying mechanics
The Grind is excellent
Late-game Life missions get grindy
Ginormosia feels tacked-on
No "Pros & Cons" find for this reviewer.

Many things to do, to see, to discover, to collect.
Irresistible gaze and hilarious writing, Level-5 at full power.
Some technically unjustifiable hiccups
The plethora of content and resources can become overwhelming.
