The beat 'em up genre suits the franchise quite well.
Some survival instincts
Final bosses that bring variety to the battles
Fast and accessible gameplay
Each character offers their own fighting style.
We need more variety of combos.
Pixel art, although good, fails to stand out.
There is no multiplayer.
Some game modes, such as the highest difficulty or Infinite Survival mode, are exclusive to the Deluxe Edition.
