It's $15 and super addictive
Lots of ability combos to find
Lots of different heroes for unique gameplay loops
Tons of replay value with scaling difficulties
Town/Resource management that's actually fun
There's only 8 levels
No story if you require more than just a fun gameplay loop
If you don't enjoy roguelike progression this might not be up your alley

Intelligent and rewarding progression system, with nearly infinite combinations.
Consistent artistic direction, with a hypnotic visual.
Soundtrack and sound design balancing chaos and tranquility.

There could perfectly be a cooperative mode.

More balls than in the Christmas lottery drum
The game loop is perfectly designed. Everything you do helps to progress in one way or another in its two parts.
The number of combinations between characters, balls, fusions, and evolutions is overwhelming.
Some texts appear very small in portable mode, especially in the city management section.
If you are looking for a minimum of history, you will not find it here.
The leaders do not pose a challenge after the first confrontation.
